Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a voluntary or platform-imposed self-exclusion order at the time of registration or during any period of active use.
Not a bid333 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, directors, and immediate family members of bid333 staff are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

bid333 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage to confirm that eligibility requirements are met. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of bid333 services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information. bid333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its internal compliance standards. As part of this process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following:

A valid government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit (e.g., screenshot of bKash or Nagad account registered in your name)
A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if requested by the bid333 verification team

Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited. bid333 will reject deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts and may suspend the recipient account pending investigation. Deposits are credited to your bid333 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. bid333 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

Section 4.2

Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. bid333 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Withdrawal requests may be subject to a manual review period of up to 3 business days where KYC verification is outstanding or where the account has been flagged for a security review. bid333 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

Section 4.3

Currency and Transaction Limits

All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set by bid333 and displayed within the cashier section of the platform. These limits may be adjusted from time to time without prior notice. Players with higher volume requirements may contact support to discuss enhanced transaction limits, subject to satisfactory KYC completion.

Section 4.4

Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. bid333 reserves the right to apply an administrative maintenance fee to dormant account balances after providing reasonable notice. Betting

5. Sports Betting & Game Rules

bid333 offers betting markets on a wide range of sports including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other events. All bets placed on bid333 are subject to the following general rules:

Bet Acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until bid333 displays a bet receipt with a unique reference number. Bets that fail to generate a receipt are not valid regardless of the outcome of the event.
Odds: All odds displayed on bid333 are subject to change prior to bet acceptance. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed on your bet receipt at the time of placement.
Void Bets: bid333 reserves the right to void bets where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where odds were published in error due to a technical fault or data feed issue.
In-Play Betting: In-play or live betting markets are offered at bid333's discretion. bid333 may suspend or remove live markets at any time during an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.
Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit applies to all winning bets. The applicable limit is displayed in the cashier and bet placement interface. Winnings in excess of the maximum payout will be settled at the maximum payout amount.
Results: Official results as published by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, FIFA, etc.) are used to settle markets. bid333 reserves the right to delay settlement pending official confirmation.

Specific game rules for live casino products (roulette, baccarat, blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, crash games, and slots) are governed by the rules of the individual game provider and are displayed within each game's interface. In the event of a conflict between the game provider's rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail to the extent permitted.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion specifically states otherwise.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bid333 platform — including but not limited to the bid333 name, logo, brand identity, website design, user interface, text, graphics, game thumbnails, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bid333 or its licensed third-party suppliers. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or create derivative works from any bid333 content without express written authorisation.

Section 7.2

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bid333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including losses arising from: technical failures, data loss, game malfunctions, third-party payment provider delays, or any interruption to service. bid333's aggregate liability to any individual player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Section 7.3

Platform Availability

bid333 aims to provide continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee availability at all times. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, and events beyond bid333's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as power outages, natural disasters, or regulatory directives) may cause temporary unavailability. bid333 will communicate scheduled downtime with reasonable advance notice where possible.

Prohibited Uses

Players must not use bid333 for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited activities include: money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, exploitation of software vulnerabilities, use of automated bots or scripts, coordinated collusion in games or betting markets, and any other activity that bid333 reasonably determines to be abusive or harmful to the platform or its player community. Breach of this provision will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Privacy and Data

The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data by bid333 is governed by the bid333 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. A copy of the Privacy Policy is available at bid333.app/privacy-policy.

Section 7.6

Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific terms, constitute the entire agreement between bid333 and the player in respect of the subject matter covered herein, and supersede all prior representations, negotiations, and agreements.
